What Our Clients Say
Life-Changing Results, Straight from Our Clients
Got a few questions before booking?
No problem - we’ve answered the most common ones below so you know exactly what to expect from your 1-2-1 dog training journey.
How soon will I see results?
Most owners notice small improvements after the first session – like calmer walks or better focus. Long-term change comes from practice and consistency between visits.
Do you use treats or clickers in training?
Yes! We use reward-based methods such as food, toys, and praise to motivate dogs. No harsh corrections – just positive, science-backed learning.
Where do sessions take place?
Where your dog learns best – usually at home, in a local park, or at a secure dog field. We’ll pick the setting that helps your dog succeed.
What do I need to bring to a session?
Just your dog, some favourite treats, a lead, and an open mind. We’ll guide you through the rest and make sure everything feels relaxed and enjoyable.
What if my dog is nervous or reactive?
That’s completely fine. Sessions are designed to go at your dog’s pace. We’ll work carefully to build confidence, comfort, and positive associations.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens! We just ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to change a booking. This helps us offer your slot to another client and keep things fair.
Can you help with multiple dogs in the same household?
Yes – we can work with more than one dog. The approach may differ slightly, but sessions can be adapted so everyone gets the attention and structure they need.
Do you offer follow-up support between sessions?
Absolutely. You’ll have access to email or WhatsApp support between visits, so you can ask questions and share progress as you go.
Are you insured and accredited?
Yes – Cassy & Co is fully insured, and I’m a student trainer with the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), working under positive, force-free principles.
Do you train using e-collars or other corrective tools?
No – we only use kind, reward-based methods that focus on communication and cooperation, never fear or force.
